I have bought quite a few groupons over the years. Worked fine. I got a deal, cool. I spent time and saved $10 bucks here and there. But buying a duct cleaning Groupon for almost $300 and after a couple days of them not responding I ask for refund and get no response from Groupon I am very disappointed. I spent DAYS trying to book an appt. After maybe 4-5 days I ask for refund and nothing. I will NEVER use Groupon again and will tell 100 people my story. S a d. Hundreds of dollars wasted!
