Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience. Don't normally order from them online but they sent me a survey to fill in in return for a 50% discount so thought i would try it. Made two separate orders, a zeus mini and The remote. Both orders were sent to the wrong country. Talked to UPS who informed me Gopro insists on using their own dress stickers which created the problem. Talked to 4 different agents, having to repeat the particulars of the case each time even though the case was open. Items were reshipped, again to the wrong country despite specific instructions and then recalled by GoPro. They will not start processing a refund though until the items are back in the warehouse. They then claim it takes 5 days for the refund to go through. Almost a month later and I'm am still waiting.Had to open a claim against them.
