Very Poor Delivery & Support Service

10 days before diving holiday I ordered a GoPro Hero 9 and accessories paid £450, money taken from my card, but nothing delivered. Called Gopro and they stated an Admin error had occurred their side and the order had been cancelled even though they had my money. No email from they to tell me this. So with 4 days to go before my holiday I ordered and paid again with GoPro support stating if I paid £10 for fast shipping I would receive the kit day before I went on holiday. 1800 Hrs day before holiday nothing received, called GoPro again now stated it would be delivered in 2 days time, too late i'm on Holiday in Spain! Requested refund of £10 shipping fee which they said ok. I also requested delivery to my neighbour whose door is 5 feet from mine which they said they would as I would be in Spain.Whilst on holiday received notification that they had tried to deliver to me but no one home!! Instruction to deliver to neighbour ignored. So again I called them and requested delivery to neighbour, again they tried to deliver to me the following day! So I called again this time I stated hold parcel and deliver to me on my return from holiday this they said they would do. But again following day they tried to deliver to my home!! Again phoned and requested delivery on 17th August 2021 when I would be at home. This they said would be done and they sent a text and email stating delivery on 17/8/2021 between 0915 hrs and 1215 hrs. Took the morning off work as unpaid leave waited in but no delivery.Called again and a repeat of the above but for 18th August 2021, received confirmation text and email to say delivery between 0915 hrs and 1215 hrs, took morning off again, unpaid, but again no delivery……You guessed it, called again and was told now it may take up to 2 further weeks to locate my delivery and send it to me. Still not received my £10 shipping and lost nearly 1 months Quick subscription as I have no kit!!Seriously poor delivery and support service from GoPro and its UK delivery partner UPS!!
