I'm on my 2nd hero10 black in under 6 months, they haven't been abused or dropped, always kept in the supplied case etc.The 1st developed a software issue within the video capture, this replacement now seems to have developed a crackle on the audio 😔The quality control of these devices is really just not good enough for the price, if it was a £50 camera off ebay I could understand it. But these cameras cost £350 new and do not live up to expectations - customer support is very good, that said why should I be without a device I've paid for, for 14 days while they go through the replacement process, when in reality this is a manufacturing defect? Gopro need to tighten up their QC and get a grip, when their price point is of a premium product and not that of a cheap Chinese copy.
