Worst website ever. Stupidly took out the subscription on Black Friday so that I could buy a camera kit and accessories at the subscriber discount. They took my subscription payment no problem but would not allow me to check out for anything else. Kept getting this message:"We're sorry, but your order could not be placed. Please confirm your address and payment information is correct. If you feel this is a mistake, please contact our customer support team and request a callback by clicking here."Well, the address and payment details are definitely correct, so what's the problem? I ended up successfully ordering the camera bundle using a different email address, but I can't make use of this garbage subscription with its special discounted prices for accessories because why? They don't want to honour their discounts to subscribers? Googled and of course it's a universal problem. How is this company still in business. Doesn't fill me with confidence at all about their product. And of course this is all happening outside their normal 'business' hours, which, by the way are on PERTH Australia time!
