Avoid - I want an action camera and assumed GoPro were the best. Looking online at different reviews however, I quickly saw that the DJI Osmo action is far better in almost all respects except it only comes with a one year warranty whereas GoPro comes with a two year warranty. It came down to a GoPro 10 or an Osmo action 4. Both were roughly the same cost so to make a decision it came down to GoPro came with a longer warranty. I ordered a GoPro 10 direct from GoPro. I was told it would arrive 7th February but this came and went. Tracking shows the GoPro is stuck in Netherlands. There’s no one you can phone, no customer service email and their contact us says they are closed regardless what time you try. I gave up and pressed refund. The tracking then changed to its being returned to GoPro but it’s still stuck in the Netherlands. The lack of communications and way GoPro have gone out of their way to prevent customers contacting them is why I will do whatever it takes to get a full refund then buy an Osmo action 4 and tell as many people as possible to avoid GoPro. If this is what GoPro are like when I’m trying to buy things what would they be like if the GoPro breaks down and needs a warranty repair. All in all a VERY disappointing experience and I can see why GoPro have such a terrible reputation and are losing so much business.
