Same as other reviewers, I was not informed of subscription renewal and admittedly forgot to cancel. I should have been notified. Contacted them the instant payment was made but they refused to refund. I expect these practices from a small dodgy company, not gopro. Their support is impossible to contact and only seems to work through email, once they finally refuse the refund you cant even respond and have to start the process again. I will make a complaint to the Australia's competition regulatorI will move to insta360
