Utter terrible.The camera overheats, battery doesn’t last more than 20 mins unless it’s in cold water. Camera will get stuck and refuse to work. They sign you up to their cloud subscription.Last year I was in Spain during the renewal and their website wouldn’t let me cancel because I wasn’t in my home country. So just tried to cancel again and their cloud system only lets you download 25 images at a time. If you have more that 25 in a folder you have to manually click and download.Can you imagine how long that all takes?Well it meant I was cutting it fine to cancel in time.I finally got there and the website wouldn’t let me cancel and it was Saturday so they had no customer service.I called on Monday and despite web page saying it will take 5 mins for someone to phone you it took about 40 mins.The lady said no we don’t give refunds can I offer you some plastic handle?!???Bizarre I was like well I tried to cancel and it wouldn’t so I’m calling you now you are open surely you can close it and refund for me that’s what customer service is for?No she couldn’t and wouldn’t so I asked for a manager and she promised I’d get a call in 24 hours.Nearly 48 hours later I get a call and it’s the same crap- no we don’t give refunds it’s your job to cancel.I said I did try to but it wouldn’t work. Oh my days these guys are sent to test humanity! Avoid avoid avoidI’m soo disappointed why have customer service staff that cannot give any service. I’d love to get a response and a refund but I doubt that’s on the horizon.
