Get Your Guide (GYG) could not have provided a worse service!2 months earlier I had already booked and paid for the tour of the Auschwitz concentration camp in German language.One day before the start of the trip (the 5 flight tickets, the rental car and the hotel had already been booked and paid for) the tour was canceled by GYG without giving any reason. The local tour operator (Supercracow Tours.com) suggested that I book another tour through unknown outlying camps. After checking the reviews (also terrible) this was not an option for us.When I tried to get admission tickets and a German-speaking guide from local providers on site after I had received the cancellation, I was told several times independently of each other that this happens almost every day!Spontaneously getting an entrance ticket and a guide in the desired language is almost hopeless or involves a lot of luck and a considerable wait (we queued for 5 hours just to get tickets).As soon as I have received my refund, I will cancel my customer account with GYG and never even think about buying tickets through GYG again.
