Unfortunately I can't have any confidence in get your guide. I used them to book and pay for a tour in florence, but the tour guide never showed up or contacted us, never cancelled, never apologized, never responded to our texts and calls. Get your guide got us a refund but said they did it as a courtesy and weren't obligated to do so. It should be a guarantee that they will get your money back from the tour operator if they flake out.
