I had a 1-hour onboarding session and it was very beneficial for me. Adam Lezon did a great job explaining the key features and tailored the session to the topics that I had wanted covered. He was also attentive and expertly responded to all my questions. Adam also suggested resources that I can follow up on for topics that we didn't have time to cover. He even raised a tech support ticket for an issue with my newsletters so they can look into possible causes.I am very happy that I took the onboarding session.
