Completely useless complaints procedure and customer service department. I complained that they were expecting me to pay the cost of returning a faulty set of index scales - quite a heavy item. And that the customer service staff were unhelpful and made no attempt to resolve the issue. Only to get an email from the complaints dept repeating the same unhelpful mantra spewed forth ad nausium from the customer service agent. Garmin policy blah blah blah... Oh and the scales broke after only 3 months. Got them replaced completely free by Amazon in the end. They immediately agreed to cover the entire cost. They could not have been more helpful. Complete opostite of Garmin. I will not be buying any more of their products...
