I bought a Garmin Nuvi GPS for my car ten years ago before they were so common in cars, and it still works great. I have owned an Vivosmart HR watch for 4-5 years for swimming and tracking other fitness items. Recently, after I thought the HR battery had given out, I bought another Garmin watch that wasn't quite as easy to program as what I needed. Garmin not only took the new watch back 3 weeks after I got it - no questions asked - but their customer service agent helped me troubleshoot the battery issue with the 4-5 year old watch. They had a great attitude and were super helpful. They said, "If it doesn't adequately improve the battery life, you can have it replaced with us." The cost estimate for the replacement was only 25% the cost of the watch when it was new. Great products. Great service. Very fair prices. Hard to ask for more in a company.
