I purchased a TACX Flux S cycling trainer (owned by Garmin). It broke 9 months during my Ironman training - the belt that provides resistance. I called customer service and a rep picked up the phone, he listened to my issue and said "don't worry, based on this problem, we will send you out a brand new one immediately. We'll include a UPS packing slip and return the old one in the new one's box." Boom. Within three days I had my new trainer up and running and old one was sent back. Fantastic way to back up a product with awesome customer service. Thanks Garmin!!!!
