Atrocious Customer Service for Short-Lasting Product

Absolutely terrible customer service. My Forerunner 210 watch was used a total of four months and is now inoperable because the reset button stopped working. I sought help for the issue a few years ago and the suggestions did not work. I talked to a customer service representative (Brent) and manager (Javier, after being put on hold three times for extended periods of time) and the best they could do was a 25% discount on a new watch. The manager said I had waited too long between last seeking help. I didn't know customer satisfaction had conditions and an expiration date. The watch should have been replaced, or a significantly higher discount should have been offered. I refused the discount as I will NEVER buy a Garmin product again after this experience. I wasted my money on an expensive watch that failed after extremely minimal use. And I will be telling all of my family and friends not to as well. Disgusting excuse for customer service.
