Facebook in general has the worst customer support out of any customer support I've ever experienced. They're nearly impossible to get a hold of, and when you do, you're often granted generic placeholder copy-and-paste responses with no resolution to any of your problems. I lost access to two of my pages in October 2022 despite having 2FA and plenty of proof to highlight these pages were mine, and their support was abhorrent and downright insulting.
