Absolutely terrible customer service. My wife's account was hacked and Facebook suspended her account. They have a form to appeal, only it doesn't let you submit the appeal because it doesn't work. Then after many web searches and after going through about 60 links and a paid ad account I finally found a way to contact an agent. Then after a single response they closed the chat and said someone should get back to me in 24 hours, after 72 hours still nothing.
