I have had my Facebook account for over 15 years now, recorded a lot of my life experiences on it, my son growing up travelling to different parts of the world. Recently I was deceived into giving a code out to a person pretending to be a friend on Facebook. Now my Facebook has been taken..and a few days ago my Instagram was taken. I didn't realise how bad Facebook and Instagram was if you had an issue. There is no one to help! It's all just links! And they all say reset your account, I can't as they have changed my email and phone number. Use previous device, as in an older one which you used to access Facebook. I recently changed my laptop and phone. So all new. I wouldnt recommend Facebook or Instagram to anyone now. I feel so angry knowing some stranger is looking through my pictures, listening to my voice messages on my account. And also trying to scam my friends and family asking them to use bitcoin. Just worried what they will do next. Disgrace.
