If I could put a minus review I would!!Over two weeks ago now my personal account was hacked and also my family business page which had over 20,000 followers and years of customer reviews and pictures etc… I have lost count how many times I have reached out via email , Instagram messenger etc.. and had NO response from Facebook. How is it allowed for a massive platform to have no way of contacting them ?? This is having a detrimental effect on our family business ! Please if anyone has any advice please let me know. I can’t use any of the online support as the hacker has removed my email address from my account !
