the good thing is when fiverr likes you you get warm leads, but there are many things i can think of that could make the platform better, first fees are high for both freelancers and buyers but I'm not sure lowering them is an option you guys are considering, second the mobile app is almost useless just as a messaging app, why don't freelancers get the analytics on there like gig performance analytics and more information, when i want to check my analytics i have to open fiverr on my mobile browser then enable destop mode then misclick becasue it's so miniscule to navigate on desktop mode, third is, good freelancers don't get recognized because the algorithm only relies on reviews to determine that, another metric that hurts freelancers is when they get messaged but don't get an order fiverr sees that as weak conversion from the seller when the message can come from bots and still hurts the seller. but at least fiverr is an inbound game, i hope it doesn't turn into upwork with briefs which makes everyone compete for scraps and no one makes money not the freelancer nor the platform because the outbound model just drastically brings the market down by low quality freelancers which also as a byproduct leave a bad impression on fiverr buyers. and also yes apprently briefs hurt the seller when you engage with one but don't sell, the algorithm sees the freelancer weak and lowers impressions on gigs. also some bugs like on the desktop why is it when you hover over a gig with the mouse cursor the video turns white while loading the preview instead of staying at the thumbnail until the video preview loads... also talking about the thumbnail, we have to put the thumbnail in a couple of frames of the video as well so the thumbnail gets displayed as sometimes fiverr shows a random image from the video instead of the thumbnail itself there are youtube videos that talk about this. also promoted gigs could be seen as a hailmary of fiverr dying because of not being able to hande freelancers and buyers organically, so this fiverr ads thing could be giving an unfair advantage to low quality seller on the expense of high quality ones but i can't complain now personally i just reached level 1 after 6 years! and i am planning on using fiverr ads. natural selection i guess haha. hope i was helpful if anyone on the fiverr team read this, have a good day.
