I purchased a print through Fine Art America, working directly with the photographer. Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong size. However, we immediately canceled it. I never received any cancellation receipts so I sent numerous cancellation emails, called customer service twice, and emailed through PayPal. Customer service assigned my refund request to Tiffany and when I called back, they said she was on it and would immediately refund me. It has been almost a month and I still haven’t received the refund nor have they responded to my emails. I hope this is escalated so they can brainstorm ways to improve their customer service. It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel and receive a refund.
