Disappointing repeated delays

Unfortunately, I’ve had several bad experiences with FedEx lately – especially with delayed deliveries, even when we’ve paid extra for Express service. My latest parcel was scheduled for delivery today but has now been postponed until next week – after I’ve already left for vacation and won’t be able to receive it for weeks. Customer ‘service’ has been no help at all. Very disappointing.
