Subject:Poor Customer Service Experience – Phone SupportDear FedEx Customer Service,I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the customer service I received over the phone recently. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. What’s even more frustrating is being told that FedEx does not deliver to apartment complexes—yet I witnessed a FedEx truck delivering to the very same area shortly after.It’s disheartening to see such a large company provide inaccurate information and allow poor customer service to go unchecked. I strongly believe customer service should be handled with professionalism and honesty. I’m not sure why your company continues to hire individuals who don’t seem to value their roles or care about the people they’re speaking with.Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but I hope FedEx can address this issue and make improvements where needed.
