I will never in my lifetime recommend FedEx to anyone I know..in fact I'm going to go out of my way to tell people as to why they best just not use their service. They purposely hide charges and notify you,the receiver, with very limited dispute timeline..I was charged for a package..paid shipping and handling...no where from the moment I paid to the current issue,no where along the chain of delivery, was I made aware of owing anything..FedEx paid for my package, delivered my package...but FedEx never even gave me an option..now less the 4 months later...and 2months consumed by the effects of enduring the trial of the man that murdered my only child...the only thing that was able to make me look outside the courtroom I'm chained to, was having a huge billion dollar corporate tell me it's okay for them to not only put me into a situation, but that I have to say that's okay...well I'm not going to say that's okay..to me ,FedEx says their charge of 33.54..has the right to invade the space of my desperate balancing between what's right and wrong...is 33.54$ worth more then the child I fight for knowing I'll never win...Fuq!FedEx and fuq! their 33$...and fuq! all the numbers they give just to avoid giving justification...Insensitivity should not be rewarded.. BOYCOTT THESE AMERICAN COMPANIES that just continue to take and take and take...
