I ordered a pair of £400 Common Project trainers and when they arrived the shoe box was slightyly damaged, I tried the trainers on and they were a size to big, so I returned them the same day. A couple of days later I received an email to say they were dirty and the box was damaged, therefore the return could not be accepted and so they were returned to me. on inspection the dirt was so tiny I struggled to see it and when it was rubbed it came off, the box was as it was when I first received it. I contacted the manager and explained the situation and said I would happy with an exchange for size smaller or a credit note, but they would not accept them back at all !! I have used Farfetch before and they were good but you only find out what a companies customer service is like when you have an issue and unfortunately Farfetch customer service is very poor!!
