I’ve had ExpressVPN for one year and today was the first time I needed assistance w/my EVPN not automatically connecting on my MAC start-up. Customer Support Tech (Morris) listened to my issue. And he was very patience; courteous and professional in helping me resolve it. He provided easy to understand and follow step-by-step instructions. The issue was completely resolved in a very timely manner. Morris is a great ambassador for Express VPN and truly someone who “cares about their customers.” Please ensure he is thanked for his awesome customer service. Joe G.
