Cancelled a booking and didn't get a refund nor credit for future use. I contacted the support service, Joseph Alexanderia just said the room wasn't refundable and just stopped communicating when I told him the hotel was aware and consented to us cancelling because of a wrong date. Very bad customer service and support.
