I wish I could rate negative stars, NEVER EVER book with this company. They are scam artists.. My boyfriend and I wanted to return our rented vehicle booked through them to a different enterprise location so we called Expedia. They said we couldn’t and it had to go to the original pick-up location. As we were about to hang up the phone, the agent says “did you know your flight home is cancelled?” Long story short, they made up that our flight was cancelled blaming west jet and said they were only willing to give us back half of our round trip or we could upgrade to first class for 250 each. EVERY AGENT DID THIS. They kept hanging up on us when we would decline their offer. We were on the phone with them for over 2 hours and we finally called west jet and they said we never got booted off of our flight. Expedia made everything up so we would cancel and pay them more money.
