This website is a scam and borderline criminal.I purchased a template pack for 80 dollars. Spent tens of hours setting it up and used for a few months. Out of nowhere, Envato locked and disabled my account with no explanation. I reached out to Envato and they refuse to give an explanation into why and refuse to provide more details giving some vague escuse about all companies having "internal policies" as if that means anything... They won't even site a specific reason or rule that was allegedly broken. On top of that, they are refusing to refund me my money. At this point, feels like theft until I can get my money back. I advise you NOT to use this site.
