I'd like to give 0 stars but that's impssible. I ordered a Wordpress plugin through Envato. Payment by Paypal. The plugin did not meet expectations at all, so I made a refund request and removed the plugin. Envato let me know in the ticket they'd contact the developer. OK. After that 3 weeks nothing at all. Sent a reminder with a due date, signalling I was going to raise a dispute with PayPal a week later. No response. Response came only after the PayPal dispute was activated: my account was blocked. Which also means no more access to the ticket and the information Envato sent me...Asking more information by email only led to pointing out terms, stating a PayPal dispute makes blocking the account possible. And no real support to solve the issue was offered.UPDATE: Envato kept quiet after this. But Paypal acted and got me a full refund. Shoutout for Paypal!
