Fraudulent seller. Won a mini fridge at auction 11/14. Item was shipped 11/22. China tracking showed returned to shipper 11/23. Contacted and explained to seller that the item was showing to returned shipper in the China shipping. No response from seller. Contacted eBay. With proof that the item was being returned to shipper and was told to wait until 11/30 to call back and get my refund. 11/30 I was notified that my case was closed because seller provided proof that the item showed delivered on 11/18. The initial item showed shipping with tracking on 11/22. eBay closed my case with the seller using a fraudulently made delivery slip for delivery on my doorstep on 11/18 when obviously an item shipped from China would not be in the United States on my spot step four days later for an item purchased 11/14, The Estimated delivery date on my tracking notification was 12/24 at the latest. This is the second time I’ve gone through this and have had proof that the item was sent back to the shipper. eBay . Is enabling and supporting this behavior by enabling Seller’s to scam US buyers. once I receive my current items, I will cancel my 14 year long eBay account.
