I’ve opened up a company and then I registered as a business seller. I had made 320 sales when my account was put under review. This was due to the increased volume of sale activity in the Christmas period. They asked me to provide proof of delivery for every item sold. I had 7 unshipped sales from the day or day before. I was told to ship those items too, and that this review was nothing to worry about. And that after every sale had proof of delivery, my account would continue as normal. The moment those 7 sales were marked as delivered, they indefinitely suspended my account. Bare in mind I had %100 positive feedback. I had no unresolved case nor did ebay have to step in. I am absolutely devastated. They are also still holding my funds. They removed all listings which I had paid over £100 to list. They also waited for my store subscription to renew and did not refund me on it. Finally, this is my third account suspended for no reason. I sell second hand goods and had just invested my savings into new stock. Ebay is a killer of dreams, and they will not care if you are a good seller or not. They just suspend you without reason. I will be praying for ebays downfall. They have no idea of the stress they cause. Go to hell.
