After recently receiving an email that my eBay account had been suspended with no apparent reason as well as no way of recovering it. I tried to contact them on their site. After requesting a call from them since I couldn't get on with a rep online, they called within 20 minutes way after their time limit it said. The rep that called wouldn't tell me why. I haven't used my account in over 10 years other then tail end of March 2025 to research an item. Ebay asked me questions that weren't pertinent to the issue evading me. They said that they were going to keep my account suspended and that I could find somewhere else to sell my jewelry. Which I haven't needed them at all in over 10 years and I don't need to waste my time with them. I think Ebay should be closed for life since they accept scammers. I'd never do business with them again! I'd recommend for anyone to leave Ebay and get their own website! Leave the 3rd party out.
