eBay Ignored Brand's Withdrawal of Complaint – Unfair SuspensionMy eBay account was suspended due to a VeRO complaint from Plus EV Holdings Inc. eBay clearly stated that if the brand withdrew the complaint, they would reinstate my account.I contacted the brand directly, and they confirmed in writing that they support my reinstatement and have contacted eBay’s VeRO team. Still, eBay refused to reinstate my account — and continues to respond with generic messages, refusing to acknowledge this key fact.I had 100% positive feedback and no previous warnings. I’ve followed every instruction, submitted proof, and even requested a phone call — all ignored. eBay is not following their own policies, and it’s deeply frustrating.I am now sharing my experience publicly in the hope someone at eBay takes proper action.
