I paid for a watch strap on eBay, but I never received it. Tracking shows that the item was returned to the seller in Japan. Still, the seller kept both the item and my money. I opened a case, but eBay closed it in the seller’s favor, even though I provided proof. Very poor buyer protection and terrible support. I’m extremely disappointed.
