Buyer sent wrong item.

Buyer sent wrong item.They sent me a completely different item that is no use to me, asked for return and they offered a 25% discount for a useless item. Now took a week to start a return and still not return details so asked ebay to step in and they said yes to the return and given them 5 more days to sort the postage. By the time they get the items back it will be too late to sort things. This is the last straw with eBay and will be closing my account once this is sorted. eBay breathe easy returns is a total lie as this is hell. I can see myself being out of pocket by £40.Now he is trying to get me to send my PayPal details to send us postage money, that's not going to happen as he contacted outside the eBay case. Money is done thought eBay commerce.
