As a growing UK company it is probably time to move away from ebay. They run a secret-police style operation, restricting accounts, withholding payouts and appearing to not know what each separate department of their organisation is doing. The platform had its day when you couldn't set up your own selling website easily...but you can now and you can market it for less than the fees ebay charge. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
