My PayPal payment process for buying a new domain was hanging up for some reason and leaving me waiting and waiting for the process to complete. Paypal was done fine, but Dynadot wouldn't let me move forward with this payment hanging. I used online chat for help, which quickly misdiagnosed the problem as a domain auction problem. I chose to chat with an agent and John pushed through the order chop chop and all is good and I'm a happy camper. :-)
