Duolingo's staff is terrible. Your keyboard is constantly being frozen during your timed games. They take thousands of hard earned points from you just out of the blue they are gone. You can't complain about it because they don't bother reading your complaints about their mistakes. They allow you to report their mistakes and then ignore all of them. They don't even bother having someone go through the app themselves to see these mistakes and fix them. They just assume we are wrong and they can't possibly make any mistakes. They add words that they have never taught in the lessons and then count it as a mistake when you put it in there right and drop even more earned points from your score. They act so proud that they have this great free app then they run their annoying ads constantly (so much to annoy you into buying their app or quiting) in their greedy attempt to get you to pay money for their lousy app. They tell you to use headphones or earbuds for the best experience and then play their ads so loud that it kills your ears leaving you unable to use them at all. They constantly want you to rate their app but only ask you to do so when you are in a timed exercise. THEY ARE CONSTANTLY SHOVING THEIR IMMORALITY IN YOUR FACE. When they ask you to repeat a phrase, no matter how you say it they force you to have a mistake. I recorded the actual person saying the phrase in the app and then played it back to the app at the time I was supposed to say the phrase and they still counted as a mistake. It sets you up for failure everytime in particular phrases. It's impossible to get it right. All in all they love to irritate and annoying people with a terrible app. I'm sure after the read this they will laugh it all off and do nothing about any of it because they like being irritating and annoying people. SO TAKE MY ADVISE AND USE BABBLE OR ANY OTHER APP INSTEAD!
