I received excellent service from two young ladies their names are Ms Qunell Dennis and Ms Kenyetta Powell @ the 34th Street location in Manhattan, N.Y. Ms Kenyetta Powell called another several stores for me for a pair of shoes in certain color.Where the Brooklyn store kept her on hold for a while, then Ms Qunell Dennis called the Queens store the same thing happened to her also. This was in the Saturday morning about 10:30. Which I could'nt understand because the store wasn't busy.Any way I told them to forget about it and I left and went to Macy's. I came back about 30 minutes later, Ms Kenyetta Powell shared with me that they didn't have the color I wanted and explain to me that the other store had the color but they couldn't find it. So I went on and brought the black pair instead. And Ms Qunell Dennis ring me up for the shoes they both apologize for not being able to apply for my request. I felt they bent over backwards for me. :)
