I don't understand the negative reviews I have been a loyal customer for the last 20 years and never had any issues. I have always enjoyed shopping in stores and online. Recently I had ordered a pair of shoes that, for some reason went missing, I never received the package. After a couple of weeks of going back and forth with the carrier to no avail, I decided to contact DSW customer service. Not expecting anything, I explained my situation, and with no questions asked, the representative said he would send me new shoes without additional charges and expedited shipping. I am awe at the excellent customer service, and I wanted to come on here and spread the word. I will continue to be a DSW loyal customer as they do take care of you.Thank you, DSW, for always being kind to me.
