Ok. Five days ago DSW advertised a BOGO deal on their sandals. I purchased four pairs. I paid close attention to my total before submitting my order. It showed between 83-84 dollars and some change. Not exactly sure. So I submitted my order. I looked at my account the next day and they had charged my card 143.00 and some change. I called CS and she said it was only good for one pair. I told her that it was misleading. She told me she would take $10 off. I said no. Then she offered to take $25 off. I said no again. She actually took off for one pair of shoes. But it was not the pair that she should of taken off. Not happy at all. I will be reaching out to corporate.
