Ran into a couple of problems.1st - their site indicated an item was in stock but at checkout it kept saying out of stock, after several days of the same problem it finally worked, only to receive an email saying they are out of stock.2nd - On a different order I received they sent me 1 sandal in the right size and the other sandal 2 sizes lower. It’s like comparing an adult to a child, how did you not even notice? The biggest problem is that they ARE NOT replying back to me and it’s been well over 2 weeks. I keep getting automated message saying they will reply in 1-3 business days. Absolutely horrible customer service and support. I have even tried through new emails, still nothing. Can’t even call them because it keeps going to voicemail.
