I ordered shoes 13 days ago and they still have not shipped. I am getting really tired of waiting. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have gotten no answers. What kind of store can't ship something after so long? I called November 6 and they cancelled my order because they realized because they no longer had the item. I will never buy from these frauds again
