Placed an order online for in store pick up using a coupon for a significant amount off. DSW abruptly canceled the order. I called the store and confirmed they had an alternative color in stock, but I was no longer able to use the same coupon because it had been applied to the now-canceled order. The retail store customer service was unhelpful, and when I called corporate customer service, the agent had terrible reception and placed me on hold for an inordinate amount of time. Really terrible experience overall. Why am I shopping there?
