I ordered shoes from DSW online and had THE WORST experience shoe shopping online that I've EVER had ANYWHERE. I received shoes that were obviously worn. A $90 pair of sneakers came with the toes wrinkled- an obvious sign of wear and a second pair that had dirty bottoms! They replaced the sneakers but returned the second pair in a crushed box, one shoe was larger and had creases from try-on's I guess and AGAIN with the dirty bottoms. I wish I could attach pictures. I'll have to find somewhere else to buy shoes. Oh my God
