WORST ONLINE ORDER I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. It’s been 5 wks since I put in my order. I never received my order. I called customer sevice. They told me that my order was lost in transit. I told them that I didn’t want the item anymore and I just want a refund since they don’t have the exact same item I ordered. They will not refund me the money until I received the lost orders and return that order. How am I going to return the item if I never received it???!! Awful!!
