I bought a pair of Ryka sneakers less than 6 months ago that have fallen apart. The store said they could do nothing since I purchased them more than 30 days ago. They gave me a Customer Service number to call. This time I was told that they could do nothing for me because the shoes were purchased in the store and not online! I received NO satisfaction on this one. I will NOT be making any more purchases at DSW and will share my story far and wide.
