It doesn't surprise me that DSW has such a low rating. If I had have known this I never would have shopped with them. I have had 2 experiences with them & that's enough. DSW your customer service is horrible & what you are calling exclusive only to DSW as a designer "brand" doesn't meet designer criteria what so ever. Selling pretty much plastic soled shoes with an insert & calling them designer... this will be the last time you see me as I have a return. Good luck with getting your rating up.
