This has got to be the most infuriating shopping experience of my life! You're lured in with dirt-cheap shoes, and that's the only reason anyone would endure the nightmare that is this company's customer service. It's beyond atrocious. The laughable amount of problems I've faced, both online and in-store, is unfathomable. Orders mysteriously canceled, charges stuck in limbo on my account for what feels like an eternity (has to be illegal, right?), and customer service calls that make my blood boil. The reps, obviously outsourced, can hardly string a sentence together in English. It's painfully obvious they're undertrained and couldn't care less about solving your problem. Just aiming to end the call as soon as possible. The person in charge of customer service should be mortified by this blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Trying to escalate to a supervisor? Good luck. They're perpetually 'busy' and promise callbacks that never happen. And why on earth do I still see a pending charge for shoes that never even shipped? Do yourself a favor and take your business to Amazon or Zappos. You're just another ignored complaint in this company's colossal mess. Wishing them nothing but the worst.
